Why I Drink Apple Cider Vinegar!
Apple Cider Vinegar. There are some GREAT benefits that come from this little bottle, however, you can either stomach it or you can't. I drink it every day, Molly can't stomach it at all. It's strong, I'm not going to lie . . . but if you can do it, here are some of the benefits, as listed in many studies:

*It can help your body maintain a normal pH level. Low pH levels can lead to lack of energy
*It is rich in natural enzymes that can help rid your body of candida — yeasts that are attributed to thrush in humans. Candida is also blamed for creating symptoms of fatigue, poor memory, sugar cravings, and yeast infections.
*It can help lower triglyceride levels, which affects cholesterol
*Multiple studies have shown a correlation between apple cider vinegar and lower blood sugar levels.
This is how I mix my ACV. You HAVE to dilute it . . . I either mix 1 tbsp of ACV with 4 oz of water and a teaspoon of honey OR with the ingredients shown below. You can always Google it and do what suits you best!
4oz of Organic Pure Grapefruit Juice
1 tbsp ACV
a pinch of ground cinnamon
1 tsp raw local honey
