March Madness Challenge & DietBet

JOIN US! Starting Monday, March 7th, we are kicking off a 4 week challenge AND DietBet!

Here is the info regarding the challenge:

1. It is a 4 week challenge that you can either a) weigh at home and keep track of your progress or b) participate in our DietBet and log your progress online. Either way, TAKE A BEFORE PHOTO and measurements!

2. It is up to you whether or not you want to participate in our DietBet. It is 4 weeks' long. If you do, there is a $20 buy-in and those that lose 4% of their weight in 4 weeks split the pot. Everything for the DietBet, including weigh-in, is done online.

3. If you do not participate in the DietBet, you will weigh in at home.

4. For those that sign up for our mailing list, you will be given a 2 week meal plan, including recipes and shopping list. You are on your own for the last two weeks so show us what you can do! (sign up for our mailing list on the left side of your screen!)

5. We will post at-home and gym workouts for you to follow along with!
